win10 conda环境 安装 mmdetection

为什么要在windows下搭mmdetection环境： 有GPU的服务器都是远程命令行下的linux，没法用vscode调试程序； 本机win10上有显卡，想调试好了程序远程去跑。 安装过程照官网来： https://mmdetection.readthedocs.io/en/stable/get
